the wifi speed was surprisingly good, i could stream videos without any buffering. the staff was helpful and quick to assist with my requests, which i really appreciated.
the neighborhood felt a bit dirty and noisy. the absence of constant hot water was a bit of a letdown, especially during early morning showers.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
comfortable carattentive staffdelicious buffet
I was picked up at midnight by the hotel car! The driver was respectful and the car was comfortable. I arrived at the hotel around 4am and had an express check-in thanks to Mr Naveen. This was so convenient! The buffet breakfast had a delicious spread. Mr Kushal in the restaurant was very attentive to all needs.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel building could use a bit more cleaning.

Mr. Naveen provided a very speedy check-in. The front desk team provided supportive and client-friendly service. They assisted with planning my month itinerary. Mr Kushal was attentive to all our needs at breakfast.

The hotel car offered a comfortable ride from the airport. High-speed internet was available in the room and this connectivity was a blessing. The hotel's travel desk got me a local number and a comfortable car for Delhi sightseeing.

The staff was helpful. Mr Ajay, the Travel Manager, helped me with day trips. The hotel rooms were clean, I noticed.
The airport pickup had issue, it was not free. I was charge 400 rupees but airport parking is cheaper. The bathroom did have noise I hear people talking in next room.

old cabnon-free airport pickup
The free airport pickup is not free. It is an increase in the price of the room. I stayed multiple days so I felt I paid for airport pickups I didn't use. Hotel staff did not understand this. The taxi to the airport had no air conditioning. This cab was old and its engine misfired.
